FC Flygklubbs History

• 23 Sept 1986 started by a couple of flight-test-engineers, pilots and mechanics. We applied to FMV for a SAAB Safir (SK50 military trainer) but the Airforce wanted to start up aeroclubs at there bases wich delayed us for a couple of years. Instead we looked around for other aircraft and found a couple of homebuilt aerobatic a/c that suited us well.

• 1992 we recieved BA-4B, SE-XCC and BA-11 (by truck) SE-XCK.
• 1992 we recieved 2 SK50B Safir, SE-LAK and SE-LAO.
• 1993 we recieved SK50C Safir, SE-LAZ.

Now we have 15-20 members that flies the aircrafts.

We and our members have always a couple of on-going projects in the Experimental Aircraft Association area (right now a Steen Skybolt, SK50B, Monerai S, RV6) .
